Man has this week flown by fast! I’m sooooo ready for the kids to go back to school Monday too! LOL Love my kids but goodness…5 days is enough for all three in addition to my husband being home is way too much! EEE I’m so behind I fear because I don’t have as much quiet time!
In the past 2 weeks I’ve already read 2 Christmas stories yet I still have to write those reviews for the 2009 Holiday Reading Challenge! Oops…But I wonder…if I’m reading an anthology, would each story count or would the whole anthology book be counted only as 1? For example, there are 2 Christmas themed anthology books I’m currently reading but I’ve read only 1 story from each one so far. The stories are all independent of each other. Anyone know?
The latest book I’ve been reading non-Christmas related has been Georgette Heyer’s “These Old Shades”. Look for my review in the next couple of weeks. It’s a good one filled with innocence, humor, and adventure. 
Don’t even ask about my school work since we all know I’m a slacker there…I’m reading, completing assignments, and studying for my quiz in between posts, Twitter, and getting the kids ready for bed. I know…I know…the scary thing is that I have to get it all done by 11:59pm TONIGHT!! EEE
I want to work on Christmas decorating but of course waiting for DH to get the stuff down from the attic. Too many heavy boxes for me to carry down rickety attic stairs. I’m seriously thinking about making my own mini Christmas tree made from books to put in my reading corner. Won’t that be cute?
OK…I’ve rambled enough about nothing thrilling, I guess it’s time to get them in bed and put full focus on the school work.

The week flew by here too. Actually the whole year has flown by for me. We’ll wait a little while to decorate – we’re always the last ones in the neighborhood to put our decorations up and the first ones to take them down.
