Fantastic review and the book looks so good. I really love the historical fiction genre and have not been disappointed yet when I read one.

How interesting! I love alternate history stories, because I love to hear what the author thinks would happen in a "what if" situation, especially if there are lots of little things that change. For instance, in Alan Moore's Watchmen - it's a 1980s America with electric cars, Indian fast-food, and pirate comics instead of superhero ones. Sort of a butterfly causing a hurricane idea, with one change affecting everything else.

I've had the pleasure of reading this fascinating ebook and I would recommend the Diana Gabaldon "Outlander" series for those in need of another similar fix! Hope Pat McDermott gets her sequel out soon!!!

This book sounds fascinating, Pat. The premise is unique and exciting. I'm looking forward to reading it even if I have to print it out myself.
